PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES
Reference No.: GDS-25-032

The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF DARAGA, through the Municipal Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and Eighty Centavos Only (542,660.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for PUBLICATION OF MUNICIPAL ORDINANCES with Project Ref. No. GDS-25-032. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipal Government of Daraga, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the Publication of Municipal Ordinances. Delivery of the Goods is required 30 days.

The prospective bidder must have completed a single largest contract that is similar to the contract to be bid, and whose value, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) consumer price indices, completed within the last three years and, must be at least Fifty Percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to be bid.
