1. The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC), through the through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and Hospital Income CY 2022 intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 360,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Public Rebidding for Supply & Delivery of Six (6) Units In Line IV Fluid Warmer (For Blood Transfusion). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
