INVITATION TO BID FOR PUBLIC REBIDDING FOR ONE (1) LOT CONSTRUCTION OF ROOFING IN CENTER GATE OF PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC)

1. The Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC), through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of P950,339.74 (Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Nine Pesos and 74/100) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PUBLIC REBIDDING FOR ONE (1) LOT CONSTRUCTION OF ROOFING IN CENTER GATE OF PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC) and ITB No. 2025-I001R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. POC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
