1. The DOH- MIMAROPA Center for Health Development, through the General Appropriation Act of 2023 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Various Medical Equipment for Small Scale Super Health Center in the Province of Palawan (Lot Bid) under identification number RBAC1-2024-021-RB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening as follows:
