  Project Brief:
  This project involves the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a solar power system for the Carcar Water District (CWD) office building. The primary objective is to reduce the monthly electricity bill from the local power provider, CEBECO, by integrating solar energy technology.
  The office building currently consumes an average of 7300 kWh per month, resulting in an estimated monthly bill of P79,000.00. The solar system is expected to save at least 90% of this cost.
  The system must be an on-grid installation with net metering capability, allowing excess power production to be exported to the CEBECO grid, further reducing energy costs.
