Description : 1. The Provincial Government of Capiz, through the GOP CY-2025 intends to apply the total amount of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱500,000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of Public Bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Defibrillator/Monitor with Trolley and Pacer for Roxas Memorial Provincial Hospital, Under ITB No. 2025-022H. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Capiz now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed within the last 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidder.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations...
