PUBLIC BIDDING FOR SERVICES CY 2026
1. The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP14,484,465.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Services CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each category shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
