1. The Civil Service Commission - Central Office, through the CSC ISSP Fund Source, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Eight Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PHP 38,500,000.00), inclusive of all applicable government taxes/charges, being the Approved Budget for the Con-tract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configu-ration of Smart Digital Workplace Equipment in the CSC Central Office under CSC Project I.D. No. 2025-14. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid open-ing.
