1. The Civil Service Commission - Central Office, through the CSC ISSP Fund Source, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eight Million Five Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Four and Fifteen Centavos (₱108,510,654.15), inclusive of all applicable government taxes/charges, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item for the Supply, Delivery, and Configuration of Various ICT Equipment to the CSC Central and Regional Offices under CSC Project I.D. No. 2025-05. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
