1. The Civil Service Commission - Central Office through the CFAG Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php1,750,000.00), in-clusive of VAT/government tax/service charge, being the Approved Budget for the Con-tract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Re-bidding for the Supply, Delivery, and Installation of Four (4) Units Inverter Airconditioning Unit at the CSC Central Of-fice” under Project Identification (I.D.) Number 2025-16. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
