1. The Civil Service Commission - Central Office through the CSC Trust Fund (FATR) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,400,000.00), inclusive of VAT/government tax/service charge, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Procurement of One Lot (24 Units) Desktop Computers for Use of ERPO, CSC Central Office” under Project Identification (ID) Number 2025-04. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

2. The Civil Service Commission - Central Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of goods/services as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents is within thirty (30) government working days from receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP).
