Description : Specifications for the Provision of Security Services for the premises of the Carcar Water District subject to public bidding:

1. Prospective bidder has been in the business for at least five (5) years;
2. Prospective bidder must possess an active or renewed license to operate a security agency;
3. Certification by the prospective bidder on the supervision of security guards and conduct quarterly meetings with Admin during visits by the supervising authority;
4. Provision of two (2) long firearms and one (1) 9mm pistol, with an active license for the entire duration of the contract, and other allied equipment including but not limited to baton, flashlight, first aid kit, handcuffs and safety box for said firearms;
5. Provision of presentable uniform;
6. Active members of PADPAO-Region VII or other associations within Region VII recognized by the PNP-CSG-SOSIA.
7. Daily wage and other related statutory benefits presented should be by the Daily Minimum Wage as prescribed by the Regional Tripartite Wage and Productivity Board, Region VII;
