1. The Employees- Compensation Commission, through the Corporate Operating Budget for year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Four Hundred Forty-six Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty and 31/100 Pesos (PhP6,446,760.31) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Security Services in the ECC for One (1) Year effective May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Details of the project are as follows:
