Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PUBLIC BIDDING FOR THE ONE (1) LOT SUPPLY DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION FOR ITS ASSOCIATED ICT EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM (HMIS) PHASE I

The Philippine Orthopedic Center (POC), through the Hospital Income 2024 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Eight Million Pesos (P38,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The POC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 60CD for hardware and 365CD for system. Bidders should have completed, within two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
