1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue - National Office (BIR-NO) through the General Appropriations Act FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Pesos (Php 9,983,888.00) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Public Bidding No. 2026-06 (Consulting Services) Provision of Services for the Customization of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) of an Open Source Enterprise Resource (ERP) Software. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
