Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Janitorial with Skilled Workers Services for CY 2026 for BIR-RR-1, Ilocos Region
1) The Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue Region 1, Ilocos Region, through the General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Six Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php9,688,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Janitorial with Skilled Workers Services for CY 2026 for BIR-RR-1, Ilocos Region/PB No. 01-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Bureau of Internal Revenue, Revenue Region 1, Ilocos Region now invites bids for Procurement of Janitorial with Skilled Workers Services for CY 2026 for BIR-RR-1, Ilocos Region/PB No. 01-2026. Delivery of the Goods is required by January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
