PUBLIC BIDDING OF MEDICAL SUPPLIES
(JANUARY-DECEMBER 2025)
UNDER A SINGLE YEAR FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT CY 2025

1. The PHILIPPINE ORTHOPEDIC CENTER (POC) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) and Hospital Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO PESOS AND SEVENTY PESOS (PHP228,214,192.70) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Medical Supplies (January-December 2025) Under a Single Year Framework Agreement CY 2025 Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The POC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by (January-December 2025). Delivery of goods is on need basis and subject to availability of funds for FY 2025. Bidders should have completed, reckoned from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
