1. The DENR Regional Office VI, Iloilo City through the GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND AND 0/100 PESOS (PhP 8,270,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for each lot, for the ICT Equipment of the Planning and Management Division (PMD), DENR Regional Office VI, Iloilo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
