2.Warranty
a. Supplier shall issue certificate ofwarranty inclusive of labor,spare parts and the unit for 2 years
b. warranty period shall start a day after the unit has been accepted based on inspection and acceptance report
3.With reflectorized DARLogo sticker 3x6 9(lxw) thewrd DAR CRFPSP Davao del Sur
4. Inspection and acceptance report
a. The equipment must be duly inspection/performance tested at the delivery site (on site)
b. Supplier shall provide sufficient liters of diesel fuel and oil lubricant to be used during the actual testing.
5. "There shall be no breakdown of its major components under normal use within 2 (two) year from acceptance of the units by the end user, in accordance to the manufacturers warranty policy."
6. Making and labeling shall be marked in english with the following information. REgistered trademark of the manufacturer, brand, model, serial number and country of manufacturer.
