FOR THE PROVISION/ENGAGEMENT OF JANITORIAL SERVICES TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRARIAN REFORM PROVINCIAL OFFICE - KALINGA, 3RD FLOOR GRAND MAO BUILDING, P6, BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA FOR CY 2025

1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office - Kalinga (DARPO Kalinga) intends to procure and engage the services of a registered and licensed janitorial agency to render janitorial services to the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office - Kalinga (DARPO - Kalinga) for CY 2025 with and Approved Budget Cost of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY SIX THOUSAND PESOS (₱176,000.00).

2. The Scope of the services/Requirements shall include:
Service Provider
a) The Service Provider must be duly licensed, registered, with proper operating permits and other statutory requirements. It must have been engaged in the business for at last three (3) years.

b) The Service Provider will provide a minimum of one (1) janitor/janitress who shall work from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays and shall report from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays including holidays.
