Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, thru the FY 2025 - GENERAL FUND under the Office of the Agriculture , intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY. (PHP 350,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "PROVISION OF VIRGINIA TOBACCO SEEDLINGS TO FARMERS". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Lagayan, now invites bids for the PROVISION OF VIRGINIA TOBACCO SEEDLINGS TO FARMERS to be delivered at Poblacion Lagayan, Abra.
