    Description : The contractor/agency shall provide the following services for forty (40) participants composed of newly-elected PAMB-TVPL EXECOM members and PAMO-TVPL staff/secretariat, to wit:
    a. Transportation: Round-trip (RT) 49-seater air-conditioned bus or four (4) 10-seater vans.
    b. Accommodation: Two (2) nights lodging for all participants.
    c. Venue: Provision of a suitable function hall with necessary facilities (audio-visual equipment, tables, chairs, Wi-Fi, etc.)
    d. Meals and Snacks: Full-board meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and snacks for the duration of the event.
    e. Learning Kits: Complete learning kits including a notebook, pencil, ballpen, plastic envelope, and a printed T-shirt for each participant.
    f. Tour Activities: Organized educational tours in Vigan and Laoag, relevant to environmental management and cultural appreciation.
