Package description and inclusions:
Venue
- Must be available on May 26, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Must be located within Region X
- Can provide parking space for at least 20 vehicles
- Function hall can accommodate at least 185 pax
- Have good lighting and well-ventilated (airconditioned) function hall
- Provision of Basic PA systems, LCD projector, wide white screen, microphones,
and unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection
- Access to or use of outdoor facilities and equipment for the program of activities
- Have outdoor area wide enough to accommodate 185 participants including the facilitators during the team building activities with other amenities for sports and recreation such as swimming pool, courts, giant mazes, etc
- Can provide other amenities needed during the program of activities
