PR No. 2025-051

1. The Department of Environment and Natural Resources - Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. VIII (DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII) through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for FY 2025 intends to apply the amount of Seventy-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 75,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of the “Provision of Vehicle Hire Services”.

2. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII requires a 4x4 Pickup Truck for the conduct of Groundwater Resource and Vulnerability Assessment in the different municipalities within the Province of Biliran.

3. DENR-MGB RO NO. VIII hereinafter referred to as the “Procuring Entity” now invites for the submission of Price Quotation for the Provision of Vehicle Hire Services.

4. The Procuring Entity will evaluate all the submitted quotation/s then a Notice of Award will be given to the Single/Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation (S/LCRQ).
