1. The Provincial Government of Negros Oriental, through Source of Fund: Responsibility Center: 1999-02(25) / Account Code: 50202010, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Twenty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 1,129,700.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Provision of two (2) Buffet Lunch and four (4) Snacks (AM & PM) good for 869 pax/day to be served during the Orientation Workshop on Building-Up Employee-s Strength to be held within the Dumaguete Area, Negros Oriental on December 1 & 2, 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
