1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the GASS- 2026 NEP FUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million One Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 20/100 (P5,154,651.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Provision of Twenty (20) Janitors to render Janitorial Services in the Department of Agriculture RFO 8 covering the period of January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 with the provision of monthly supplies and materials” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, undertakes the bidding of this procurement project as “short-of-award.” Hence, the Notice of Award to the winning bidder shall be issued after enactment by the Congress of the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for 2026.
