TO PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES FORM DSWD FIELD OFFICE XI, REGIONAL OFFICE, DAVAO CITY, TO VARIOUS DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE DAVAO REGION- INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAVAO DEL NORTE, DAVAO DEL SUR, DAVAO DE ORO, DAVAO ORIENTAL, AND DAVAO DE ORO, DAVAO ORIENTAL AND DAVAO OCCIDENTAL- AND BACK, AS AREQUIRED FOR OFFICIAL TRAVEL, FIELD MONITORING, PROJECT VALIDATION, COORDINATION MEETINGS, AND OTHER AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES OF DSWD FO XI PERSONNEL.
TRIPS SHALL BE RENDERED AS REQUIRED AND APPROVED BY THE END-USER THROUGH SERVICE ORDER, PROVIDED THAT THE TOTAL COST SHALL NOT EXCEED THE APPROVED CONTRACT AMOUNT. FREQUENCY AND DESTINATIONS SHALL DEPEND ON ACTUAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS.
