General requirements:
Pick-up point: OCD BARMM Office, Camp GH Siongco, Awang, DOS, MDN
Drop-Off Point: within AOR BARMM - Maguindanao del Norte, Maguindanao del Sur and Lanao del Sur, Zamboanga City

Requirements for the vehicle:
* Type of Vehicle: Van
* Must be at least 2020 model and up, new features
* Must be at least 15-seater van and can accommodate 11 pax per vehicle per trip
* Airconditioning system of the vehicle must be fully functional/operational

Pick-up and Drop-off only

Service provider must:
* Conduct routine vehicle check-up using BLOWBAGETS (Stands for Battery, Light, Oil, Water, Brake, Air, Gas, Engine, Tire, and Self) checklist prior to usage.
* Pay for toll and parking fees as may be necessary
* Provide for fuel, oil and lubricants for the vehicle;
