VEHICLE REQUIREMENT:
• Type of Vehicle: Van
• No. of Vehicles Required: 10 vans for 5 days
• Model: At least 2020
• Capacity: At least Fifteen (15) passengers including the driver plus luggage
• Airconditioning must be fully functional and operational
TRANSPORTATION REQUIREMENT:
Inclusive Date and Number of Days/Service Hour Origin and Destination No. of Vehicles
10 to 14 September 2025 (5 days) (subject to confirmation and availability of both parties) Any point of Metro Manila (vice versa) 10 vehicles per day
Standby vehicle for at least 15 hrs on 10-14 September 2025
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Service provider must provide professional courteous and punctual drivers for the vehicle/s
• Service provider must cover all expenses for parking and toll fees, and fuel for the vehicle/s.
• Service provider must cover all expenses for emergency repairs/check-up during the coverage period.
