PROVISION OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO BE USED AT

MUNICIPALITY OF TAYTAY

The Municipal Government of Taytay, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of
FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 500,000.00) as Approved Budget for the
Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Provision of Transportation Services to be
used at Municipality of Taytay. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be
disqualified upon bid opening.
The Municipal Government of Taytay now invites bids for the Provision of Transportation Services
to be used at Municipality of Taytay. Bidders should have a completed contract similar to the
project, within 2 years from the date of submissions of bids.
Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act
(R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government procurement Reform Act”.
