  * Service provider must cover all expenses for emergency repairs and check-ups during the coverage period;
  * Service provider must have back-up units readily available in case of emergencies;
  * Service provider must equip portable fire extinguisher for each vehicle;
  * Service provider must conduct routine vehicle inspection using BLOWBAGETS checklist (Battery, Lights, Oil, Water, Brake, Gas, Engine, Tire, and Self) prior to usage;
