  1. PhilHealth Regional Office IX, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY-EIGHT THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php 4,728,600.00) for the period of seven (7) months, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Thirty-One (31) Security Guards for PRO IX Regional Office, Warehouse and Local Health Insurance Offices in Zamboanga City, Pagadian City, Dipolog City and Ipil, Zamboanga Sibugay with IB No. PRO IX 2024-017 (Security Services). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
