The consultant must deliver a six-year Strategic HRD Planthat incorporates and align NAMRIA's Strategic Plan for
2024-2029 and other HR initiatives and institutional strategies
Consulting Agency must have the following qualification.
At least 20 years experience in the field of competency development and strategic human resource development planning
Must possess the required accreditation, permits and clearances i.e. PhilGeps, Tax Clearances, Business
Permit, DTI/SEC among others.
Must have extensive experience in field of Human Resource and Organization and Development (HROD)
