Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for
“Provision of Tarpaulins to be use in different events ”
1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Five Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php145,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Provision of Tarpaulins to be use in different events ”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.
2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
3. Opening of Quotations will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
