Description : PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF PETROLEUM, OIL AND LUBRICANTS INCLUDING SERVICING OF CPD XI MOTOR VEHICLES & MOTORCYCLE FOR FY-2026.

1.The supplier shall allow CPD XI to acquire petroleum, oil & lubricants on credit.
2.The supplier shall allow CPD XI Vehicles to be maintained for change oil, fuel filter and other needed supplies for servicing on a schedule basis for each vehicle.
3.Withdrawal of petroleum, oil and lubricants shall be through a Withdrawal Slip and Job Order for servicing of vehicles duly signed by the AO I-GS Unit and AO V, Head of Admin. Section or their duly authorized representative
4.The Supplier shall issue a Delivery Receipt/Credit Invoice upon withdrawal with corresponding quantity and unit price per withdrawal.
5.The Supplier shall give a Billing Statement every 15th & 30th of the month or upon the request of CPD XI.
6.The cost of petroleum, oil and lubricants shall be based on the current market price (PUMP) upon withdrawal and must be indicated in the billing statement.
