Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING, AND COMMISSIONING OF BAGGAGE SCREENING EQUIPMENT

1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the CPA Corporate Budget for the year 2024 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-four million pesos (PhP 24,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision for Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Baggage Screening Equipment with CPA Project Identification No. 2024-32-GO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the Provision for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Baggage Screening Equipment. Delivery of the Goods is required 180 days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
