Description : SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PURIFIED WATER; FOR THE MINISTRY CONSUMPTION lot 1

"Specification:

Purified Drinking Water
(Five (5) Gallons Round Container)

Conditions:
1. Pick-Up and Delivery shall be based on order made by MFBM
minimum order of six (6);
2. Supplier must provide new Forty (40) container of galoons with water for health and sanitary;
3. Supplier must replace cap & container, as needed for health and sanitary (Maintenance Requirements);
4. Supplier shall provide unit/s of water dispenser, and to be returned at the end of contract;
5. Supplier must be able to deliver on one (1) day notice;
6. Supplier must be able to deliver on urgent orders if necessary;
7. Supplier must deliver depending on the order to the following MFBM offices;
