PROVISION OF SUPPLIES, MATERIALS, AND MEALS FOR THE UNIVERSITY OF THE PHILIPPINES MANILA SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES TARLAC 4TH FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY AND 2ND CANDLE LIGHTING CEREMONY

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (PhP 423,400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Supplies, Materials, and Meals for the University of the Philippines Manila School of Health Sciences Tarlac 4th Founding Anniversary and 2nd Candle Lighting Ceremony / B-G-2025-008-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
