PG-CB-2025-003

1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Santiago City, through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Pesos and 75/100 (Php 2,555,009.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PG-CB-2025-003: Provision of Supplementary Learning Resources (SLRs) for Public School Library Hubs. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Santiago City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
