1. The Schools Division Office Mandaluyong through the Republic Act No. 12116-FY 2025 GAA (Current Appropriations) intends to apply the sum of Two Million, Nine Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Nine Hundred Sixty-One Pesos (2,919,961.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract Provision of Supplementary Learning Resources for Public School Libraries with breakdown as follows:
