1. The City Government of Borongan, through the City Health Office Capital Outlay, Annual Budget 2023, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventeen Pesos and Fourteen Centavos only (Php349,717.14) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Sunshield Roof for Facility Entrance and Walkway at Brgy. Sta. Fe, Borongan City, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
