Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF SUBLIMATION SHIRT FOR PCSA SPORTSFEST 2025
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025 Annual Budget, intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROVISION OF SUBLIMATION SHIRT FOR PCSA SPORTSFEST 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the PROVISION OF SUBLIMATION SHIRT FOR PCSA SPORTSFEST 2025. Delivery of Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184.
