-Design for the festival grounds focuses on vibrant colors, traditional motifs, modern aesthetics
incorporating local elements.
-Banners, tarpaulins for the background, floral elements, lighting,
inflatable decorations and others shall be utilize.

2. Municipal Gym Decoration, Gate Arch and Archway at Casambalangan Decor 1 Lot
-must be decorated to compliment the Gym Stage, maintaining a cohesive
visual theme. Also the Archway at Casambalangan shall be decorated. Inflatable decorations, floral arrangements, skirting gina cloth, official logos attachment shall also be utilize. Gate arch decoration must serve a a striking entrance, welcoming visitors with the designs made of native products as props display, skirted of gina cloth and official logos.
