PROVISION OF SOUND SYSTEM SERVICE FOR SOCIO-CULTURAL ACTIVITES 2025 OF BATO, LEYTE

1. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte, through the GoP (GF-MOOE) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty- Six Pesos Only (Php 736,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Provision of Sound System Service for socio-cultural activities 2025 of Bato, Leyte (batgoods 2024-12-062). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bato, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 8 c.d/ per event. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
