Invitation to Bid for the Provision of Solar Panel for the Administration Building, Academic Building I and College of Teacher Education and Laboratory Building

1. The University of Northern Philippines, through the Use of Income, 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 8,267,215.74 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Solar Panel for the Administration Building, Academic Building I and College of Teacher Education and Laboratory Building/IP-2025-15. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The University of Northern Philippines now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
