Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for

“Provision of snacks and meals to be served for three (3) days Training on GIS Based Tax Mapping Application held at Municipal Assesor's Office”

1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php79,950.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ““Provision of snacks and meals to be served for three (3) days Training on GIS Based Tax Mapping Application held at Municipal Assesor's Office””. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.

2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 3 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
