Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for

“Provision of snacks and meals to be served during the conduct of Fire Prevention Month -
Barangay Fire Olympics 2025 at the Pond Leisure Farm Development Corporation”

1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 164,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Provision of snacks and meals to be served during the conduct of Fire Prevention Month - Barangay Fire Olympics 2025 at the Pond Leisure Farm Development Corporation”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.

2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
