Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for

“Provision of snacks and meals to be serve on the
14th Central Luzon Regional Scout Jamboree
to be held at Alion Mariveles, Bataan”

1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the Special Education Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Four Thousand Pesos (Php 54,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Provision of snacks and meals to be serve on the 14th Central Luzon Regional Scout Jamboree to be held at Alion Mariveles, Bataan”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.

2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 5 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
