Description : Provision of Services of a Professional Electrical Engineer
"Terms of Reference
Scope of Works:
a) Conduct a comprehensive inspection in coordination with
the GSS personnel
b) Calculate the total electrical load for the upgraded system,
including new and existing equipment, appliances, and
future power demand.
c) Draft, sign and seal Electrical Plan in compliance with the
Philippine Electrical Code (PEC)
d) Facilitate the issuance of Electrical Permit and Certificate
of Final Electrical Inspection by the City Engineer's Office
e) Supervise the installation of the new electrical system
to ensure it is done correctly, according to the approved
plans
Deliverables:
a) Detailed report on the existing electrical system
b) Electrical plans and drawings, signed and sealed by the PEE
(provide duplication for processing of application and for
MFBM copy)
c) Blueprints
d) Original copy of the approved electrical permit
e) Certificate of Final Electrical Inspection
f) Accomplishment Report
