Description : Invitation to Bid for
Provision of Security Services to UPOU Headquarters and UPOU Office in Diliman from 1 January to 31 December 2026

The UP Open University, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP) General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) under the contract for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) and, the sum of Six Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱6,600,000.00) from the UPOU Revolving Fund, for a total amount of Eleven Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱11,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of “Provision of Security Services to UPOU Headquarters and UPOU Office in Diliman from 1 January to 31 December 2026” (IB No. 25-10-009). Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
